Local Presence Dialing Studies have shown that dialing contacts from a local or neighboring area code can increase your answer rates up to 40%. Before each call, our smart dialing system will assign a local number to your agents based on the contact's address (or area code if there is no address).
Call Monitoring Allows you to listen in on live calls and take over from an agent if necessary. And because we are cloud-based managers can keep an ear on your call center from anywhere.
Call Recording Every call is automatically recorded and linked to the record of the contact dialed.
